I created an original portrait documentary on Maila Ahmad, project manager of the Amsterdam Kurdish Film Festival. In the film, she shares her experiences of growing up as a Kurd in the Netherlands and her deep passion for preserving and celebrating Kurdish stories through her work at AKFF.
